Since our humble beginning back in Day, we’re proud to be counted amongst the best Velhas Guardas teams in the east coast area. We’re committed to succeeding as a unit, and dedicated to representing our community and our team’s principles of hard work and sportsmanship. Our team was made up of some incredibly talented players and a terrific coach and staff who always seemed to know when to push the right buttons and how to pull the right strings. The Virginia Portuguese Velhas Guardas were made with the purpose of giving a humble community something that could unite them more then ever before, and thats what it did it toke this great team and not only the team but also people from the community places that they never tought they would go and friendships for life. Now times are different but those amizing days with celebrations and union will never be forgotten.
